WHERE IT ALL COMES TOGETHER

Hopewell Theater is equal parts indie arts venue and meeting place – a place where patrons can meet friends, and get inspired by an eclectic mix of entertainment by emerging and established talent in a setting that is welcoming, casual, intimate, and fun. At our 180 seat theater we feature independent films, live music, comedy and performances. With flexible seating options, from intimate banquette table seating to traditional fixed theater seats, as well as a balcony overlooking the stage, HT is a place where everyone can feel comfortable.

HT fosters community connections. Here our patrons have the opportunity to engage with artists and each other, to dine-in on locally sourced meals and continue the conversation long after the show is over.

HT aims to support our local creative economy by donating our stage and screen to non-profit community cultural organizations like Hopewell Valley Arts Council, Hopewell Library and Princeton Public Library, for co-presented events. Our theater is also available to area filmmakers, musicians and makers, for private event rentals. HT sources as much of our menu as possible locally, to support the borough’s commerce and community.
